What makes a strong pitch

  • A specific question readers need answered—not a broad company introduction.
  • An outline, original contribution and links to primary evidence.
  • Author name and relevant experience, stated accurately.
  • Clear disclosure of employer, sponsor and any commercial interest.
  • Permission to use diagrams, photographs and project information.

Editorial and commercial rules

Submission does not guarantee acceptance. We review relevance, evidence, originality and commercial disclosure before agreeing scope or fees. We do not promise publication dates, traffic, rankings, leads or search-ranking credit.

Paid placements and their relevant outbound links must be disclosed. Sponsored links use rel="sponsored" (or another appropriate search-engine qualification). Payment does not buy a favorable technical conclusion or an unqualified backlink.

What we do not accept

  • Fabricated test results, certifications, customer stories or credentials.
  • Undisclosed advertorials or unrelated link-placement articles.
  • Copied material without rights, or bulk text without substantive editorial value.
  • A product claim presented as an independent test without supporting evidence.

How the process works

  1. Send a short topic and evidence outline.
  2. The site administrator reviews editorial fit and commercial scope.
  3. If suitable, agree authorship, disclosure, deliverables and fees directly.
  4. Check the draft, sources and final sponsorship labels before publication.
